Integration
Where integration between Legrand CRM and another database is required, an interface can be developed to populate the Legrand CRM fields with the data from the other source. In a SQL Server environment it is possible to synchronise the two databases ensuring that changes made in one will be reflected in the other.

Data Entry Form
Businesses that use electronic or paper forms to capture data but have no way of transfering that data into their corporate database could benefit from a customised data entry form.

Paper forms can be re-created into an electronic format usually duplicating the layout of the paper form. Once in an electronic format the data can be validated and when correct, imported into the database with no further input from the user. This process can speed up data entry and improve the quality of the data.

The data entry form can be developed as a web page, Excel spreadsheet or Word document depending on the business requirements.
