Most businesses need client information to be easily accessible. Information about Customers, Suppliers, Partners, Associates or Competitors what type of interactions have occured and where opportunities lay is important. Rarely do accounting systems or email systems tell the whole story about your customers; what was discussed between staff and clients?; when were meetings held?; what type of correspondence has been exchanged?
